M. Jacks' service technicians are licensed by the Texas State Fire Marshals office,are factory trained and some have received National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET)Certification and can assist you in complying with insurance and fire code requirements. Inspections and Maintenance Services performed by M. Jacks' technicians are in strict accordance with published national standards (NFPA) as well as local codes.
For your protection M. Jacks carries in excess of three times the amount of general liability insurance that is required by the Texas State Fire Marshals office. Although commercial auto liability insurance or workman's compensation insurance is not required, M. Jacks carries commercial auto insurance on both owned and non-owned vehicles and workman's compensation insurance on our employees.
M. Jacks Fire & Safety utilizes a computerized scheduling system to ensure that service schedules are done at the requested frequency - not a month early or a month late.
M. Jacks Fire & Safety operates well-equipped service vehicles to perform onsite service and recharge. M. Jacks Fire & Safety offers Emergency Service, 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week.
